SWEAT offers a functional mix of cardio, resistance and bodyweight training as well as sports and agility drills to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.

TIME: 6:30-7:30 PM
DAYS: Mondays and Wednesdays
LOCATION: 6320 SW Macadam (our new studio home inside Driven Workspace)
ENTRY FEE: Only $112.50 per session, $20.00 drop in
WHAT TO BRING: a towel, water, yoga mat, training gloves (optional)
WHEN: Sessions run 3 weeks on, 1 week off (see schedule below)
